Hey John, here is my best attempt at showing what we did. I'm pretty sure I've got the ledge marked correctly, but maybe my partners can chime in and fact-check me.
We had one 60m rope. The first pitch we did was a little longer than 30m, so Selena and I had to climb close together on one belay. The second and third pitches were less than 30m so the second just clipped into the middle of the rope, got belayed up, and the third climbed on the end on a separate belay. Three rappels with a 60m rope got us comfortably off the summit block and back to class 2 terrain. Two more rappels lower down in the gully to avoid the traverse and some low 5th climbing we did below it.

Agree with Jake's diagram of our route. Any future parties definitely want to come prepared with webbing and probably some rap rings/hardware.
