Well...this is kind of fun [looks out window at orange sky  frown.gif ].

I think the prize goes at least partially to Mtn Dog back in 2007, who first guessed some sort of tag in/out board.  What sort?  I dunno.  The chain is weird.  What sort of thief is that thwarting?

I was thinking maybe it was used in orienteering.  You get a participant number, say 23, and you find the pole and take the token on the 23 hook; you have to find all the poles and finish with all the 23 tokens.  But I have never done orienteering so I wouldn't know.

I got a few more wacky ideas  dizzy.gif but none of them can account for the need to lock the damn thing to the ground.   huh.gif
