Downhill - Thank you! And yes, echoing Brushbuffalo's remarks, the Chilliwack River valley is absolutely amazing for old growth. I've only done the Chilliwack River Trail on the Canadian side. It takes some route finding because you need to follow flagging in some portions. Apparently there used to be another short hike there called "Hanging River" according to Randy Stoltmann's "Hiking the Ancient Forests of British Columbia and Washington." Never did attempt the American part.
