It is winter in montana, it is snowing, the roads are slick......if you cannot drive in winter conditions do not come to montana, the I90 speed has been increased from 70mph to 80mph,,,,that does not mean you can do that speed on frozen ice covered freeway....we currently have a three car pile up due to slippery freeway and the cars are NOT slowing down, in fact sliding and nearly hitting the rescue vehicles!!!!

Good luck on that. Nobody cares about speed and safety anymore. It's quite depressing. 80 means 80 to The Stupid. Doesn't matter how bad the road is.

What's especially fun about sock puppets is that you can make each one unique and individual, so that they each have special characters. And they don't have to be human––animals and aliens are great possibilities

“reasonable and prudent" hasn't been the rule in MT since the late '90s -- don't most folks now assume that the posted speed limit is now the "minimum" -- at least it seemed that way the last time I drove in MT.

I set the cruise on 80 while crossing Montana last summer with my Mom, now that they have upped the limit, I will bump it up to 85, in perfect conditions of course. From the time we left Priest Lake until we hit the border of MT-ND we did not see one cop.

Go placidly amid the noise and waste, and remember what comfort there may be in owning a piece thereof.

We just snuck through Montana 2 days ago. Had snow in the Butte area but the highway was in good shape. Then we snuck through a big snowstorm in eastern North Dakota yesterday. The road started to get a bit slushy in places but we were lucky and got out the far side before conditions got too bad.

that elitist from silverdale wanted to tell me that all carnes are bad--Studebaker Hoch
