Thank you for the information Franco! I aggre with that process... i think my original bad is not enough wide to be good compressed with my other stuff, as this is ultra-light stuff, but if i can find a wider bag in finally, should be ok, and better in time that compressing a lot! I don't have a scientific answer for you. But I've been really compressing the hell out of my bag and puffy coat for years and then store it with 0 compression at all when not in use. I have not noticed any issues yet
