Overall excellent conditions. Can drive to about 3200'. Very firm snow, no postholing, yet shock absorbing on descent. Glad I brought a second tool. Avalanche debris easily avoided. Some balling on descent required significant face in down climbing.

Nice! Sauk is a great little winter climb, had a lot of good times over the years scratching away at that peak. And so close to the road!
