We all have warm clothes. We could have an outdoor social if someone can schedule the rain for a different day. |

Rain, outdoors, won't that make it safer? |

If you're proposing an actual get together, unfortunately I don't think that's a good idea.
If by "anti-social" you're referring to social media (including Zoom meetings), carry on |

So then I guess that life as we know it has come to an end.

If 720 cars can park next to each other, then a dozen people could semi-gather near a campfire. Outside, social distance, masks, roll your own, the whole works.
Possible Location: the huge parking area at the end of the Baker Lake road, fire and camping out on the extensive sand and gravel bars. Saturday Oct 17th, weather permitting. The current ten day forecast shows no rain Fri-Sun.
Anyone who thinks following every rule is a bad idea can stay away.

The real question is whether there will be a 2021 calendar? |

Most socials I have been to have been petty anti-social...or maybe they just don't like me?

I realized I hadn’t made any of my repertoire of high labour, potluck meals this holiday season. Too much effort just for two.
Bad attitude I decided.
Tonight, manicottis were consumed. |

I have been in Idaho for the winter and the local bar has a cribbage league. It started a bit late due to covid, but it's been fun playing some cards and we do a potluck as well each week. We have been playing about 6 weeks now. My chili was a hit one week, making peanut butter cookies this week.
