Uh oh, I think I found another You Tuber to obsess over. Gorgeous red haired Russian w/ a great voice who plays pretty much every instrument.

This popped up in my facebook feed and it's a really good rendition of my favorite movie score.

I've missed several fairly recent videos from this band, just catching up. They consistently make music I like.

At first I thought she was using a stage name, but that's her given name. She definitely has a signature sound, she starts out soft and and then gets edgier and let's loose w/ the raspy vocals.

Eddie Van Halen's son, Wolfgang, has put his first album, that's surprisingly a whole lot of fun. He's done all the music himself, which makes it even more impressive.

I heard the name Phoebe Bridgers a while ago, but only recently have started hearing some of her songs. Like her sound. This is probably my favorite. The content of the song is fairly heavy. There's info out there about who the song is directed toward.

She's also participated in several collabs/side project groups, including this one w/ the singer from Bright Eyes. Pretty sure I'm hearing some theremin in there, you don't hear that often.
