Alice Creek water is harder to obtain and the tent sites are right on the trail.
Carter creek is decent and has water easily accessible.
Cold Creek , it's a fair distance to water, but at least the tent sites are a little off the trail.
I don't have a specific memory of Roaring Creek...
Ponderosa Campground is the one I'm most motivated to arrange a trip that would use it as a stop. Might be a bit far for a 1st night from starting in Seattle (century distance from Seattle)
There plenty of other spots were one could stealth camp along the P2C, especially if equipped with a hammock and extra water carrying capacity.
