Visited the Paradise area yesterday and hiked a few trails. Christine Falls always lures me into stopping to take a picture, even though it’s been photographed a million times.

Nice looking wood splitter - says the guy that owns that same make except ours runs off the tractor hydralics. And I see a substantial amount of split wood in the shed in the background.

My favorite (humorous) photo from our Europe trip:
There is just something about the idea of wearing heels on rock at 9,744 ft. that gets me.

Taken from Kindy Ridge on Labor Day. That roughly .5 inch of rain that came through in late August, made a big difference for the mountain plants. Freshened them all up real good. Love the green on Jo-Berg. (I think I focused on the Boston glacier on this one, so you get some good crevasses, but the green is a little fuzzy.)

From my Katmai NP trip last week. I guess the cub's face was moving slower than shutter speed but the rest of it's head was moving faster? Totally unintentional but I thought it was kind of cool.
