Went up the Gold Creek trail today to the top of Green Mountain.
It was a nice day with views of the Olympics and Cascades. The Cascades were especially clear with the sun on them. Rainier and St. Helens were visible. The tall buildings were sticking up through a layer of fog or smog over Seattle.

Snow started where the trail enters the logged off area near the bench at the power line. No snow on the power line trail however until almost to the top.
No Christmas decorations yet on the power line trail. Some group has been decorating the power line trail the last few years. Maybe they have not gotten around to it yet.
