I'd heard a few of her songs on Pandora, now I've been streaming this album. For some reason I thought she's British, she just seems to have that vibe (kinda reminds me of Lily Allen). Turns out she's currently based in London, but she's actually from Alaska. I never would've guessed that.

Old school blues Lightning Hopkins blues in my bottle.
New Clapton; Lady in the Balcony
The lockdown sessions. Reworked some oldies mostly acoustic.
Couldn't play Albert Hall as intended so just played in the house the band isolated in.

This played during the credits of "Ghostbusters: Afterlife." I never would've guessed it was lead actress Mckenna Grace singing. She also cowrote it. I remember her in stuff like "Mr. Church" and "Gifted." Lost track of her, she's a teen now.
edit--I think there's a bit of theremin at the beginning; maybe you could do that w/ a synthesizer, but it's a fairly unique sound

Nice Things! I believe this is someone's tagline here....
"These are the places you will find me hiding'...These are the places I will always go."
(Down in the Valley by The Head and The Heart)
"Sometimes you're happy. Sometimes you cry.
Half of me is ocean. Half of me is sky."
(Thanks, Tom Petty)

After a full dose of zydeco I have to step away for a few months. This is a really nice dose!

I've seen Cursive open for another band I went to see like 3-4 times. And was always like "those dudes are talented but I dunno if it's for me."
Then I saw them again a week ago and I've been listening to them nonstop since. It was an extremely memorable performance.

Slash's new album (with Myles Kennedy on vocals) just came out. Great vocals, great solo and great ending on this opening track:

This is a nice little duet. The female vocalist has a super famous dad, but she's definitely gone her own direction musically.

I don't usually listen to Bluegrass music and stumbled upon Billy Strings just recently. Great guitarist! Mind blown.
