Well, that's pretty dramatic....I am not advocating Censorship, just Discretion as to info on sensitive areas.
You can be as discreet as you like, so can I. smile.gif Demanding somebody else to be more discreet than they think is right, is censorship.
I was going to say it before but refrained, you are a Drama Queen and an attention hoe. I did not demand anything, suggested yes.

Go placidly amid the noise and waste, and remember what comfort there may be in owning a piece thereof.

If your panties are this bunched because a person said a thing you don't like, you might want to learn what a "drama queen" is. biggrin.gif Speaking of drama queens, maybe telling me you want to go there but get lost easily wasn't the smartest idea you've ever had if you didn't want a map posted and it wasn't true. I thought you were being honest. Maybe we've both learned from this. up.gif Hopefully other people have learned from this too. Public land belongs to the public.

You can get as personal as you want, I'm about to put you on ignore. You're pissed off because people enjoy hiking and you want to be one of the only ones. This isn't about me.

What most FAIL to understand is you gotta get way upon the ridge south of the treeline up above the rocks. Look if you're not north of the low point between the unnamed peak and the parking lot, you're off!!! Y'aint heading to bathtub at that point. Gotta be on the east side of the trees at this point in the truverse!!!! Most FAIL to understand this!!!!!!!

Over 5,000 hits on this thread in barely over a week! Stand by for more more SAR action on Pilchuck this year, especially after folks attempt the Lake 22 shortcut. hockeygrin.gif

Most of those are folks like me sitting on the couch with a bag of popcorn hitting "refresh".

I always thought that we needed more drama on this site. biggrin.gif I had a PM today, thought I was probably in trouble again, but it was just a fellow member that wanted to plan a hike to the 'tubs..

I’ve never been to Bathtub Lakes. I think I’ll go this summer. Obviously I’m not going to take a map or GPS. Hell, I’m not even going to take a backpack or water! 🙄🙄🙄

Take risks not to escape life, but to prevent life from escaping I may not have anyone rocking my world right now but, I don't have anyone messing it up either.

No map or GPS for me either, but I will probably bring some Wild Turkey and a water filter.

At least whoever spray panted those rocks had pretty good penmanship.
