I have always been a skiier and have been to Muir many times both on climbs and and just for jollies. This time we took up the USPS on their offer of free snowshoe rentals (but pitche in $10 for others)and a guided walk with the kids (never know when we all will have to flee to the great white north). Every one had a great time. There was some new snow for once and it was beautiful.
