When I do a search on this site, it seams that a good number of posts that get returned do not contain the word I searched for. I've tried all three options including Use query as entered, search for all terms and search for exact phrase. What happens is if the word I search for is part of another word, then the post gets returned as a result, but there are no highlighted words in the post since my search word is not in the post. For example, if I search for "rime" then a bunch of posts with words like "Experimental" get returned. Similarly, if I search for "hoar" posts with "hoards" get returned. If I put my search term in quotes, nothing gets returned. Any suggestions?

The search tables eventually got too big so what you're seeing is the result of a concession we made to make everthing run faster here. Try making your search more specific. Also, click on the radio button to search for an exact phrase and/or only in a topic title.
