Last night while putting my lips to my 2 year old daughter’s belly button and blowing on it making farting sounds I came to wonder…..
What do you call blowing into someone’s belly making the farting sounds?

Hate to say this Stefan, but I think you have waaaaay toooo much time on your hands.
But I do understand your situation.

It's pretty safe to say that if we take all of man kinds accumulated knowledge, we still don't know everything. So, I hope you understand why I don't believe you know everything. But then again, maybe you do.

A raspberry is when you blow through your mouth holding your lips slightly together and making the farting sound. A belly button is not used in this technique. I want to know what it is called when you use a belly button!
Oh Newbie, if only you knew how much time I had!

In my family that is referred to as a "Blaas" (sounds like "bloz") or simply a "belly blow."

Hmmm, not sure about that one, but I do know that blibula (BLIH byu luh) - n. is the spot on a dog's stomach which, when rubbed, causes his leg to rotate wildly.
A fuxk, why do I not give one?

Wrong! All of you! It's called a 'zerbit'. Coined by Bill Cosby.
To paraphrase Mr. Rogers: "'Zerbit'. Can you say that? I knew you could. I like the way you say 'zerbit'."

So, JAK719, your first post ever is to dredge up a pointless thread from a year and a half ago, and add another pointless comment to it. I like you! You'll fit in just fine around here. Welcome!
