Nobody said anything about having a one-interest relationship, but I DID love your post, Smokey!

Smokey,
Goose Poop ? I think you've found the, almost, perfect woman. If only her head was flat so as to be able to set a beer there, you'd be in heaven.
YEEEHAWW !
Don't anybody show this to my girlfriend or I'm dead meat !

Don't miss the picture of Annabelle. Being technology challenged, I added it to my previous post a couple of posts back. For you non-dog aficianados, BARF stands for bones and raw food.

I was single for a few years, and I spent more years on the trail alone than I ever want to again! For me, finding a boyfriend that liked the outdoors was the #1 thing - It is where I am every weekend I have free. When I met Synchro (my boyfriend) it was through a BP forum, and we were hiking partners for a good time, so we both found out on those hikes what we were actually like personality ways, what we liked for hobbies, our other intrests, and that, yes, we, actually both liked the outdoors So he knew I wasn't just fibbing to him that "I loved the woods" so he'd date me
I feel fortunate that I met somebody who loves what I love (hiking, snowshoeing, etc) and that we have a lot in common beyond that. Good luck!

Sarbar, excellent words:
"When I am above treeline, my heart and soul are as free as the raptor that soars above me."

Whatever the situation, letting down your hair can always help.

You are quite welcome. I use similar words in web pages on my site, words that hopefully hit others positive with respect to our environment. Your words certainly express that, too.
