I got up today and decided I needed to hike back to back days shakehead.gif I never learn winksmile.gif A very pretty day on a very crowded trail-at least I lost 95% of the people at the Slippery Slabs. We kept on and headed up first to Keekwulee Falls, then onto Snowshoe Falls. We got up into the upper basin and stopped at the creek crossing. It was SO hot, and even though I wanted to make the lake, I decided, I'd save it for another day. Was very nice sitting there in the open subalpine forest with Ford. Very little snow left, but all the creeks are at full force right now. Lots of bugs too eek.gif Had a good hike down and then the little squirt play at the Slippery Slabs for a good hour till he was frozen. Just wish people would obey the leashed dog rule!! I passed 2 people not doing it!
