Here is a good arcticle on the possible outsourcing of Forest Service jobs. Hmmm...I wonder if we will ever outsource our military to private armies in the US? rolleyes.gif

I think there is value in keeping these jobs instead of outsourcing them, for example: -Continuity (Forest management doesn't change hands to the lowest bidder every few years) -Chance for citizens to have a career in public service -Public lands are more directly linked to the voter

One reason to use an alias is when you have posted 3 consecutive times on the same topic shakehead.gif Here is another good link on the outsourcing jobs subject. Some of the potential jobs to be cut and ramifications.
