Hmm. The page seems to think you either don't have an avatar or don't want to show it -- neither of which is true by your profile. I tried deleting it and uploading it again and it still doesn't work. Maybe Tom can figure it out, since he's more familiar with phpbb than I am.
It had something to do with the ampersand in your name and the software thinking you are overriding your username with a guest name (thus not displaying the avatar). I think I've fixed this.
