that day, Claire and I were running one loop (11 miles) but the other folks were running 22 or even 33 miles. Their wrath with Bill (such a kidder!) grew with each loop that they ran

We ended up going down part of the Chuckanut side and then crossing the creek into the bottom of the caves. Now I have to go back and find the trail to the top portion to get the view!
Super photos. I have not hiked up there for years and never in much snow (yes...in "some" snow). Camped up there once at about 20 F. Brrrr! But it was nice to be up with the winter sun! Thanks for renewing my memories. Uh...I LOVE that Gusto! Glad you all had such a nice outing and such beautiful snow.
