Back up to Whidbey for a bit more history. The weather was great and the views of the Oly's and the sound were also. I saw a family of deer and even got a pic of one going wizz While I was there exploring I got to see the USS Lincoln carrier head out. About 15 minutes after the Lincoln and Submarine under heavy escort headed out also. Very cool to see new military as I was enjoying old military. I will add descriptions to pictures later.

Actually, I believe that was the Stennis. I heard something about the Stennis going out for a workup recently. The lincoln left March 13th. It was out somewhere in the pacific on the 25th.

Nice pics. I love Ft. Casey. There are so many things to take pictures of and play on out there. We always wanted to go out and play laser tag out there but never got around to it.
