Sounds like a wonderful trip Alan. I've always wanted to get over to the east side in winter/spring. Looks like I'll have to finally do it this year. Thanks for sharing the awesome pics!

Great report, Alan, and great photos. I already made comments on the bighorms in your other post. I just love this country. I just heard that Oak Creek (and probably Clemons and higher elevations in the L.T.) got some snow. It will be a whole different world up there.
I'm attaching a really grainy photo of myself and my llewellin setter down in the Umtanum Canyon last January. By the way, that suspension bridge can get really icy in the winter and it's easy for a dog to slip. Kind of scary, considering how cold the Yakima is in the winter.
