Gotta luv the HC. up.gif HC + scallop noodles from Uwajimaya + olive oil + garlic powder + salt + pepper = yummy no-cook (insulated cup required) meal. Cheap and minimal packing too. Scallop noodles are denser than other noodles, pack small. Subsitutes include curry powder, cheese, tabasco. I'm pretty much done with freeze dried and pre-packaged dinners.

It really melts well - but can have an over powering flavor (not a bad thing!) so add in, taste, add more if needed. It works well in soups smile.gif
