I finally decided to try snowshoeing today. I have only gone once before, and that didn’t really count (brand new boots + snowshoeing=bad idea). So, not looking for a challenge, I went up to Lake Annette. It is a well traveled rout and the path is beaten in. There was only one or two blow downs and they were no problem.
The only problem I had was dead batteries in the camera. Other than that it was a nice day in the woods. Light snow started falling when I got to the lake, and continued to fall the rest of the day.
