Just a little walk today in Discovery Park to clear the cobwebs out of my brains .... and looked for signs of spring to keep me sane.
Found 'em:
skunk cabbage (swamp lanterns), some even in "flower", nettles pushing up through the duff, and Indian plum just beginning to come to life.
It was almost warm in the sun.

Spring is on its way. Hooray!! I just noticed yesterday that the crocuses in my neighborhood are starting to bloom. I need to get out and see the skunk cabbages...they are one of my favorites!
