How long has there been a food forum? I did'nt even notice until just now. Am I blind, or was a forum renamed?

Brand new. Added over the weekend per request.
(The apostrophe goes BETWEEN the N and T. It indicates omission of the O.
Examples:
Did + Not = Didn't
Is + Not = Isn't
Will + Not = Won't
Do + Not = Don't
Does + Not = Doesn't
Are + Not = Aren't
Was + Not = Wasn't
Were + Not = Weren't
Has + Not = Hasn't
Have + Not = Haven't
Had + Not = Hadn't
Should + Not = Shouldn't
Could + Not = Couldn't
Might + Not = Mightn't
Must + Not = Mustn't
Can + Not = Can't
Shall + Not = Shan't)

Nope, the enclosing paren is there. See the end of the post...the parenthetical statement includes the contraction examples.

I've decided I shouldn't've learned American before studying English. 
Touron is a nougat of Arabic origin made with almonds and honey or sugar, without which it would just not be Christmas in Spain.
