wow thank you for this. I am on week 3 of an allergy avoidance diet, with about 20 suspects on the list (including dairy, wheat, corn, peanuts, egg yolks, lemons) these recipes are very timely as I would like to get away camping for a few days, but my usual trail food is now completely off-limits.
