I am a member of the Trails Club of Oregon,http://www.trailsclub.org/index.html and i am looking for a enthusiastic presenter to show what works and doesn't work in homemade dehydrated meals. We are having our backpacking seminar at our lovely lodge. There will be plenty to discuss and talk to other backpackers and most likely some great slide shows of past trips. There will be other presenters as well so you will probably not be the only one. But i don't have anyone to discuss homemade dehydrated meals yet! This is happening the weekend of November 7-8 and you can contact the lady hosting the event directly if you like. just be sure to tell Linda that Gregg sent you her direction and she can answer your questions better then i probably can. Register with Linda Conrad lcgrconrad@aol.com. or even ask questions by contacting Rich Fuhs Rich.Fuhs@Verizon.Net if you have questions. Be sure to say something about the backpacking seminar as your subject in your e-mail. Any help will be welcomed i am sure. Thank you for your time, Gregg Carsen

She also teaches those of us on PortlandHikers.org and several other forums. All hail Sarbar!!!

May your trails be crooked, winding, lonesome, dangerous, leading to the most amazing view.--E.Abbey

As much as I would like to....I am very anemic right now so I am not traveling right now. Sigh! I had a good summer doing presentations, but until I get my blood right no long drives by myself frown.gif I ended up turning down about 10 presentations this fall so far bawl.gif

Or at least back to us doing videos once again. I have been developing a lot of new recipes lately - gives me something to do.
