DeLaurenti's had a much larger flavor assortment. The porcini mushroom one is quite tasty.

Freddies has a brand called DaVinci, in blue boxes. Multicolor and regular, both cheese filled, also they have dried mini cheese raviolis.

I have found that mixing the dried tortellini with some dried pesto (available in the spices aisle at Safeway) and some olive oil makes an excellent dinner, big enough for two hungry hikers.
