Also called Web Peak, several of us made a quick trip up here last night. It is pretty much a snow free south ridge, if you want it to be. We used the unpublished access trail that takes off Mt. Defiance at the hairpin turn 1/4 mi. from start. There was a large avalanche track just before the start of switchbacks. It was a wonderful view with a full moon once on the ridge. You could also access Dirty Harrys or Mt. Defiance from the ridge. The brush is down but will soon make this one more difficult. A large conice exists on the ridge but may be circumvented on talus. Quick glizzades brought us most of the way down. Beware even a night the snow was soft and breaking through at places.
