Three local (or semi local to us) favorites...
The caveat is we don't do gourmet and typically order all meat kind of pizza.
Angelo's up the hill on NE 4th in Renton. Also good pasta and a family owned/friendly atmosphere.
Armante's in Kent on 210th and 84th S (just down the hill from us). Calzones made to order (so you can get them however you want vs the pre made ones) are good as well.
Athens in Auburn on E Main just east of the high school. There is also a very similar Athens (used to have same owners) in Des Moines on Marine View Drive. We prefer the one in Auburn. Been going there for years and they know us/we have a favorite waitress.
We used to like to go to the Boston Pizza near the Athens in Des Moines but it closed down and is converting to something else.
In a pinch for a chain Round Table or Shaky's (fairwood < 2 miles away).
We rarely have delivered or do take out. Occasionally a Papa Murphy's take and bake.
Once in a very blue moon Dominoes or Pizza Hut delivered.

Try Via Tribunoli in Georgetown or Fremont -- even better than tuta bella.
Just had some pudge brothers. Not a contender.

Tutta Bella, Via Trib, and the one that's got the mobile pizza oven at the Farmer's market and the pace down on 6th NW--Veraci?
I think Via Trib is my favorite of that style of pizza--outside of Italy.

Pappa John's = not worth the calories for me. Doesn't matter the cost. I'll have a slice at a work event if that's all that's there.
Via Trib is good, but reminded me that we left some really good pizzerias back east. These days my favorite is home-made. I'm starting to figure out how to get a good, thin crust. And it's even cheaper than Pappa John's .

joker, I would love some tips. I bought a stone and a peel last year and all I ever seem to make is a mess of crust.
At least the stone is useful....
