Good luck. Been there ONCE and that was enough! Have fun! TB

it's not Lake Serene .....
..... that's at fault. It's the new, view-avoiding stairway, and the cutesy-poo deadend walkways at the lake that spoil it. Try it again, only when you get to Bridal Veil Creek, turn up along the falls and do your best to follow the old route up the cliff. I've said this before: it's dirty and difficult and even a little bit dangerous - but it's also fun and exciting and when you've done it you'll have an entirely different perspective on the falls and the lake - and maybe even on yourself.

Something lost behind the ranges. Lost and waiting for you....... Go and find it. Go!

I see the fault. Adapt the perspective of seeking new adventure and then experience the excitement through your own eyes and not someone elses. I catch your drift. agree.gif

Query? Are you referring to the trail that goes past the memorial along the face of the rock cliff? If you are then I've been part way in and your right? It's a little scary. In most places it is more bushwhack than trail. Only been in twice, both times with partners who had never been there.
