Chop, saute in olive oil, add to baked potato. Radish greens can replace basil in a lot of dishes, although I prefer basil...

yes, radish greens are edible. Use them like you'd use turnip greens or mustard greens. You can lightly saute/steam them with a little olive oil and a pinch of salt. Don't overcook. Cook until bright green, maybe a minute or two. Other seasonings: garlic and/or tamari. You can use them in dishes with lots of other veggies, like carrots, onions, garlic, celery, etc. You can also add them to soups/stews a couple of minutes before turning off the heat under the soup pot. You can cook the radishes as well. The Japanese cook daikon, a very large white radish.

Oven roasted radishes are beyond good slobber.gif They become sweet. And you can roast the leaves with them as well.....just enrobe well in a good olive oil, kosher or sea salt and black pepper.

I've used them to make radish-leaf pesto...it was ok, not as good as basil but worth experimenting with!
