Seems the last couple weeks my Malwarebytes program pops up with a "Successfully blocked access to a potentially malicious website" message when I'm on the NWhikers site.
Anyone else having this issue with Malwarebytes if you have it? I'm up to date with the latest definitions/program of Malwarewbytes
I'm still allowed to open all the forums but always getting this pop up message now. Never had this issue before on this site.
Thanks
Was just coming here to mention this. I too am seeing this.
It pops up usually, on the main page, not so much on the sub-forums.
This is the notification I get in Chrome:
Same message, but with Firefox subbed for Chrome as the process when using FF.
I've noticed that there is something is happening down at the bottom of the page, see this image below.
The text that is hidden in that weird area is
Unable to access the network
Google Chrome is having trouble accessing the network.
This may be because your firewall or antivirus software wrongly thinks Google Chrome is an intruder on your computer and is blocking it from connecting to the Internet.
Here are some suggestions:
Add Google Chrome as a permitted program in your firewall's or antivirus software's settings. If it is already a permitted program, try deleting it from the list of permitted programs and adding it again.
Error 138 (net::ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED): Unable to access the network.
which doesn't make any sense, unless there is something that is trying to load an image or something in that field, and is trying to do so from some outside site that has issues (or at least Malwarebytes thinks it has issues.

That is the chatroom which we host an a different site and display status via iframe at the bottom and an icon at the top. Just an overzealous anti-malware message.
