#1 looks to be an Eriogonum or buckwheat. I would guess Eriogonum umbellatum. The leaves are the distinguishing feature for the various species of Eriogonum. Compare your photo to the Burke.
#2 is Polemonium californicum, showy Jacob's ladder
#3 looks to be a Valerian just coming into flower. From the leaves Valeriana sitchensis
#4 is the seed pod for Physaria alpestris, Wenatchee bladderpod

Campanula scabrella, rough harebell, very similar to Piper's bellflower in the Olympics

The above flora are just plain wonderful! Glad some are getting out and finding these treasures along trails.

MSK Nursery is a good place to get native plants (Kruckeberg, Gardening with Native Plants of the PNW)
Some things will not thrive at lower elevations. That's where I got my Subalpine Spiraea, which seems to like water but can survive a couple dry months; I have two in full sun that seem OK after getting established.
Also got an alpine columbine there, but I think it's been overwhelmed by the lowland riffraff. You could probably get vine maple and Devil's Club if you want to bring your favorite nightmares home.
My favorites are Redflowering currant Ribes sanguineum (get the native, not the King Edward cultivar, which is showier but mine doesn't seem as happy) and Serviceberry (Amelanchier alnifolia, NOT A. californica)
Some people have better things to do with their lives than walking the dog. Some don't.
