Packpup and I recently returned form our six-day trip to the Enchantments. We royally feasted each night on Enertia Trial Foods. Check out www.trailfoods.com. We think you will be impressed!

I'll second that endorsement. I have been eating Inertia Trail Foods this year. The cheesecake is to die for, especially if you add some fresh berries to it!

It's sold in some store in Leavenworth if you don't want to buy it online.

Pack Pup and I initially tried a few meals to see how we liked them. They were much more filling that the calorie count would indicate. I think a lot had to do with the most excellent sauces. The dinners also hydrated easily within 7 minutes, even at 7,000 feet, no waiting! The other items we ordered were the peanut butter and jelly packets, worked great with our pilot bread for lunch, mucho yummy peanut butter & jelly hard bread sandwiches! Customer service is excellent, we ordered online.
