It isn't like National Parks have a menu, and most folks have more than their lunch hour to enjoy them.
I can see it now:
"My Ranger was grouchy and had dirty fingernails, the Geyser was under cooked and inedible, and I had to send the Geyser back to the kitchen. I almost missed my afternoon meeting because it took too long so I had to settle for a mud pot and just get back to work. I am pretty sure the Ranger spit in my mud pot too."
