Great 30-min segment in this week's OPB Field Guide at http://www.opb.org/television/programs/ofg/. Covers ice caves in Mt St Helens, along with great hiking on Mt Hood.
Oregon Field Guide and Outdoor Idaho can both have great programs. You can learn a lot about history, environmental issues, and sometimes about new areas or areas you've heard about but not visited.
I'll make a point of watching both if I'm around. I'll check out this episode.
