The Sandlot is a good watch. I remember summers like that in Lake hills. We played in a cul-de-sac though.

I guess its sports to, The mountain with Spencer Tracy and Down hill racer racer with Robert Redford. There has been some petty hokey mountaineering movies .

I liked cliff hanger first blood and Rocky combined mindless entertainment . No complaints from me. I Love the part in first blood where he is ridding the Honda four stroke enduro but the sound it makes is a two stroke . Gotta love that show.

Hoosiers Rocky Friday Night Lights I've enjoyed a lot of others, but would only call them so-so movies, like Varsity Blues Coach Carter Bill Durahm and I forget the name but the movie where "the rock" starts a football team at a youth detention center. Edit, also that movie where kevin costner pitches a perfect game. Not great, but entertaining.
