Lots of stuff, but the default for the last year has been a ripped compilation CD of 'best of AC/DC'. If Shoot to Thrill doesn't get you going, may as well pack it in. lol.gif

The Gourds - Gin and Juice - Alt country band covers Snoop Dog's classic. Really good running tune. I always pick up the pace when this one comes on. I have more than a few of The Gourd's songs on one of my running playlist. Also: Bran Van 3000 - Glee (Obscure CD, but great running music!) Talking Heads - Sand in the Vaseline (Very rhythmic)

Locomotive Breath...Tull 70's -80's thumpin' mostly. I'm old and crusty..need much volume and primal rhythm to get heart rate going. For low-tech, radio station KHNC 89.5 plays nearly non-stop dance-type music with a cadence of around 130 beats/min. Might be too slow for some, but perfect for me. I call it my "Nordic Track" station.
