Anyone know of a reliable web designer that can fix a form for me? This is a form I use to screen applicants. It's a couple of pages long. I have already lost at least a dozen applicants because the form does not work so I'm looking for a very quick turnaround. Any ideas?

What is the form written in? Or perhaps, what is the file extension of the form?

You say "a couple of pages long". Is it a pdf form or an HTML form. If pdf, you may be having issues with peoples browsers. Many have their own pdf readers now that don't work well with forms. Many mobile devices won't work with them either. Especially if they're dynamic pdf forms.

And the meek shall inherit the Earth...um...if that's ok with you.
