Up here in BC, apparently you can be absolved of all your stupid driving indiscretions by waving... ie. "Sorry I ran over your mother on the crosswalk, my bad, but this royal wave makes it all better, right?". Another rule seems to be, he who has the most expensive vehicle always has the right of way. Lastly, what's a driver's test?...people are buying their licenses up here.

They should have signs about this at the state lines.
Big white sign. Big Black letters.

Kind of like this:
Occasionally this will be preceeded by "STATE LAW"
These used to say, "SLOWER TRAFFIC KEEP RIGHT", but those are being phased out (apparently nobody thought
