Left about 7:15 this morning. Nice cool morning with dew on the ground. The higher we went the warmer it got. Rose above the clouds. Rocks or the trail was the toughest decision of the day. We went with the rock way up, while the wife took the trail, and the lab. Reached the summit at about 9:45. The view was unbelievable. Such a nice day. (will get some pictures soon) Stayed up the for about 30-40 minutes, and then made our way down. I could have stayed up there all day. Not too much snow. Made it up in there in boots alone. Maybe some crampons for the way down, but more work than it was worth. So far today was a top ten hike for me. Classic trail, with a two "die for" view today.....
