I ended up getting a VG autographed copy from a local bookseller for $75. A bit much but I'm willing to spend for the condition and auto.
It's pretty safe to say that if we take all of man kinds accumulated knowledge, we still don't know everything. So, I hope you understand why I don't believe you know everything. But then again, maybe you do.

So, bumping this, because I was updating some data on my website I had gathered from Major's book and I decided I needed to see if I could get it from the library again and the KCLS no longer even has it listed in their catalog, so likely those last two remaining copies got pinched.
So, anyone have a copy they wouldn't mind loaning me so I can PDF it?
