If we aren't supposed to eat animals, why did God make them out of meat?

Ha ha ha.... I stopped eating meat when we were examining cross sections of human leg etc. in school.

I was at my Moms' for dinner one night and she put a pot roast down in front of me - now you have to understand that before this point in my education, I had loved my Moms' pot roast as it was seared on both sides and then slow cooked.

Now however, I could identify all its parts from vessels, vains, facia etc. and it was all I could do to eat it then and have not eaten it since... dizzy.gif

Nothing against moms, but pot roast has got to be the single best argument for vegetarianism there could be. I'm sure I'd find an autopsy to be repulsive, simply because of its similarity to Sunday night pot roast.  Interesting that it worked the other way around for you.   winksmile.gif

I saw a bumpersticker once that read something like:

"Ask your doctor if accepting medical advice from a TV commercial is right for you."  lol.gif

Sorry Ski,

Your example is not only old and ignorant, it's real dumb.  There are several very nice women on this forum(and men) struggling with their weight and your comment is way beyond internet "humor".

There ya go.  Lots of folks can tell me "to get over it" etc., but ya'll know I'm right.

The only bumper sticker I was ever tempted to put on my car:

When hell freezes over, I'll ski there too.
