plenty of snow still
parked about a mile before the lower trailhead ~2250 ft and walked up the road. snow is about a foot deep at the lower trailhead and steady up to the top.
there's a decent trail beat into the snow, so routefinding is no problem. the chute was pretty soft but some good steps helped.
wonderful views up top at 6000 ft. and a more wonderful descent glissading the chute.
