So... anyone been up that way this year?
Or have an educated guess about what the snow will be like, last week in July?
I've never been there, and while looking at old trip reports for the area, seems most of them are from late August into October, or May for a ski-tour.
Will it be feasible to do this loop at the end of this month? Or should we think about changing up our plans?

There will be snow in the basin; it lies on a north-facing bench. September would be a better season...with the added bonus of acres of berries and fall-color.
Have a good trip!

I went there on a 4th of July weekend several years back. Continuous snow about 4500 feet.
