I just checked most of the error messages and they seem fine. So when you click Submit what message appears at the top of the next screen?

I think Ive asked this before. Why are some peoples avatars huge. Ive never been able to upload a large one. Is it that some avatars irrespective of their size are down on the "K" numbers so it allows them?

As far as external avatars, since it's a link we can't really check size, so sometimes a big one will slip thru. As far as not being able to upload a correctly sized avatar, it probably is larger than you think. Just because photoshop says it is saving it at a given size doesn't mean the actual size will be that. It might be a hair over the limit. If you use the save for web feature in photoshop and use "jpeg high" you should be well under the 16K limit.
