You can have some fun with Zillow by adjusting some of the parameters. If my house was built in 1863 it would be worth $66,000 more. 1776? Try an extra $126,000. Of course no white people lived here in 1776 but why quibble. In all fairness, it won't allow you to go back before the year 1600. Now if it were built in 1600 my house would go for a whopping $251,809 more.
